Sausage Mix

In Portuguese: Guilho Especial

Ingredients:

  • 200 g steak
  • 100 g fresh pork sausage
  • 100 g “linguiça fresca”(fresh pork sausage with paprika or other type of sausage)
  • 100 g peeled prawns
  • 1 small orange
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 2 garlic doves
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions:

Cut the meat and sausages in small pieces.

Fry all the pieces together in a frying pan with oil, butter and garlic.

When the mixture is well fried, add the peeled prawns.

Arrange all the pieces of meat and prawns on a serving dish with the parsley and thin slices of orange.

You can also accompany this with bread and cheese.
